the property was very clean. I loved the products used as soap, shampoo etc. the wireless charging pads right next to the bed was an amazing touch. AC was nice and strong.

A very warm and special thanks to Hannan Dali on the 13th floor who was an exceptional individual and took pride and care of the rooms, always met with a warm and bold smile, advised us along the stay. Definitely a 5 Star accommodated individual. We definitely recommend Maden Al Rawda as a stay away from home, a really warm welcome from reception as well, seamless check in and check out and very accommodating in every aspect related to professionalism in service to clients. A huge plus is the hotel is situated in very close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi male and female entrance. The hotel is highly recommended. We thank you, the staff of Maden Al Rawda, we are truly grateful and look forward to being accommodated in the near future.

Beautifully renovated rooms, bathroom was clearly updated recently, and was spacious which is always lovely in a hotel! We had a triple, which granted was a little on the small side/snug but all else made up for it. Friendly staff, location was just amazing.. a few hundred yards from gate 330.. which in Ramadan is excellent as they close the roads quite early before salaah.. if you’re unsure take this as a clear recommendation to book!

I had a great experience at Maden Rawda Hotel. The property is new, clean, and well-equipped, with all necessary amenities provided. The reception staff were extremely respectful and professional. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk from Door 330 of Masjid Nabawi, and some rooms offer a beautiful view of it. Initially, I was given a room facing a nearby construction site, and the early morning noise disturbed my sleep. However, the receptionist immediately responded to my concern and kindly moved me to a room with a view of Masjid Nabawi, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a peaceful, tranquil, and spiritual journey.

Everything. Although I didn’t have breakfast everything else was perfect! The distance to haram and the ease was just amazing. Adhaan goes off whilst in your room and you can walk across and pray 2 rakaat before iqamah. Staff were super helpful with everything! House keeping are good lads aswell. Honestly can’t fault anything.

This property exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, the room was comfortable, the staff were very welcoming and attended all our requests promptly in one of the busiest days in Ramadan. The place also gets bonus points for the modern interiors, room features and location. I had to squeeze brain hard to come up with one drawback for my stay there, the walls are a bit thin and you may hear things in the hallway. Not a big issue if you're a heavy sleeper. I will definitely be back.

Everything. The staff was nice and professional. Must try the pastries during the breakfast buffet. There are a lot of shops selling food nearby. It's very close to the mosque. I like that they are committed to the price you paid initially, and are willing to be reported to the police if they do not hold up to their promise. Good for them..
